Dear Jazz Band Directors, This is a reminder of the invitation to join us for the 9th Annual Oceanside Jazz Festival at MiraCosta College on Saturday May 2, 2015. We are two months away from the festival. I am extremely excited to announce that this year’s featured guest is legendary saxophonist and composer Benny Golson. For the past two years we have successfully piloted a new format that has been found to be quite beneficial. Feedback has been very positive from both students and directors.
