Avocado Dance Theatre is the resident company at the Temecula Theatre. The concert length work is entitled A-Scent Between Stream and Consciousness, created by Avocado's artistic director and choreographer Lori Craig Torok. It is an exploration of the birth of an idea (stream of consciousness) and the connections between people and ideas. The dance suite is entitled Codex Atlanticus.
